if you don´t trust my solution short-CUTr.tk you can use the following

the requiered steps
→abbreviation field g+
→main box run www.google.com
→ticked "Autohotkey command" "replace immediately (otherwise after space/enter)"

To access more url's/pathes

→add more "run http://.." lines

to set up the shortcuts with the extension above saves the step to finish the "coding" with a return line
